East Side Glass offers a wide range of in-shop glass services and repairs at our St. Cloud showroom and shop.

Our shop is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and customers are welcome to stop in without an appointment to discuss or drop off glass repairs.

Bring Your Glass in for Repairs

Many glass repairs are faster, more cost-effective, and easier to complete in our shop than on site. If you can safely remove the window sash, screen, or glass panel, bringing it into East Side Glass often allows for quicker turnaround and more repair options.

In-shop repairs also give us access to specialized equipment and materials that aren’t practical to use in the field.

Do I need an appointment to visit the shop?

No. Customers are welcome to stop by our shop and showroom Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without an appointment to discuss or drop off glass projects.


If you need service right away or have a unique repair, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.

Should I come to the shop or schedule on-site service?

It depends on the type of repair. If you have an operating window and can safely remove the window sash or frame, bringing it into our shop is often quicker and more cost-effective.

If the glass cannot be removed, is part of a fixed window, or leaves your home or business exposed, on-site repair may be the better option. Our team can help you decide when you call.

Is in-shop insulated glass replacement faster than on-site?

In many cases, yes. If you bring the removable window sash or frame into our shop, replacement is typically faster and less expensive than on-site service.

We offer two in-shop options:

  • Vendor-ordered insulated glass, which usually takes about 7–10 business days
  • Same-day insulated glass service on Wednesdays, by appointment only and with limitations

How does same-day insulated glass service work?

Same-day insulated glass replacement is available Wednesdays by appointment only.

Customers must:

  • Call ahead to schedule
  • Bring the window sash or frame to our shop by 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday
The glass is manufactured and installed in house, and the window is typically ready for pickup later that afternoon. Availability is limited, not all windows qualify, and warranties are shorter than vendor-ordered glass.

Can you match my existing insulated glass?

When we order insulated glass through our vendors, we can usually match:
  • Spacer color and type
  • Low-E coatings
  • Internal decorative grids
This helps the new glass blend with the existing window as closely as possible.

What other repairs do you handle in shop?

In addition to window and insulated glass repair, our shop commonly handles:

  • Screen repair and replacement
  • Single pane and storm window repair
  • Custom glass fabrication and replacement
  • Select RV, camper, antique car, and equipment glass repairs (in shop only and must be seen first)
